Story about this song: I took some acid once with my ex bf there ( while we were broken up) and tripped balls listening to this song. I was peaking and It made me cry so much because it was the first time i actually acknowledged it was over between us. But it’s the way she sings the song that makes you feel it deep. I swear this girl was heartbroken af recording this, especially the second verse. Every word in this song gives you the feeling of what it’s like being young and losing love.You can hear it in the way she sings it and I felt it that night. Granted I was high af 😂 but it was a moment in my life I’ll never forget ♥️Music is so powerful and I’ll always defend Miley’s talent because this song is beautiful in its own way and I believe only she can sing it like this. Like when she sings (I can’t breath without you as mine). She’s like singing it and begging for him but the song is about how he’s already gone. Ugh. I’m serious listen to this on drugs if you’re going thru a breakup and you’ll feel it😂 I don’t listen to this song a lot because of that experience but it was so moving when it was happening. I love her for making this ♥️
