I really hope you show off a few of the alternate entrances for the superstars who are still in the game during the bonus stuff. I'm certain that Booker T, Chris Jericho and JBL have alternate entrances, all listed as Original entrances. There may be someone else too
A couple things: Yes Rey did have his “Mexico” tattoo in the final version. Chris Jericho’s theme is different in final version. Beta used his 2001-2003 theme and not his 2004-05 theme. I’m still watching and it’s a great video y’all!
Loading screens cool, probably answered already but the menu with Benoit and Kane instead of divas, is that how things normally were in the beta? Would love to see that added back in
I genuinely do wish we had superstars for the menu in the final. I like my beefcakes. Ere's the differences, Rikishi signs, base signs aren't THQ and Yukes logo, they got removed I think. Heels aren't called Dirty, Faces aren't called Clean. You assign attributes IN the CAS menu. Attacking the referee AI is editable like HCTP. Different base hair. Clean/Dirty bar flashes, its static in the final. Brock and Rikishi. Also to note the PSWorld demo video of this game also shown Base Model A and B instead of allowing you to pick your gender from a text box.
The background video on the online lobby (and also the RAW matchup screen from 2002-2008) is from Wrestlemania X8 and is from The Rock's entrance I believe
Svr original & svr 06 were the best to me hands down. Anyone who was online on those two games back then had to know my user name because I was very popular immortal thuglife was my name. I remember being in the lobby after every match saying Next in the chat room. Me saying next became a synonymous with me because after every win I would come back in the chat room saying next. Lol the ps2 online days
Having superstars on the menu is so much better than the divas. Particularly when you unlock everything and they're down to nothing but towels doing those stripper-like dance moves. Developers at the time had some weird ideas.
