I see a let’s eat through our freezer and cupboards series in our future.
It won’t be too long before I’m an empty nester and I will forever miss the toy clutter and the noise in my home. It goes by in a blink of an eye. It sounds to me that you have the right way of thinking, enjoy every moment, even the toughest moments. Mine never really played in bedrooms and I’m glad. Thanks for sharing.
So glad i played with my kids when they were small and had all the Lego, prams, doll houses, playmobil stuff everywhere because sooner or later it does become more gadgets and video games, musical instruments, tik tok dancing and selfies! I love that the kids my eldest son made friends with at age 4 who are all in different Unis in our city and currently as I type playing Nintendo Wii downstairs! It only seems like yesterday a woman stopped me while I was out walking with him in his pram, telling me to enjoy every second because they grow up fast, he’s 6ft now and it did go by so fast.
Have you ever tried making individual pizzas out of the large tortillas? Easy pizzas to make are: barbecue chicken pizza, Mexican pizza, pineapple and ham pizza( which I have not tried…just not my type), pepperoni, sausage and mushroom pizza or fig, prosciutto and arugula etc. I do a clean out the fridge pizza( any type of meat that is not enough for a serving is saved in a 12:43 12:43 baggie or container. I used : crumbled cooked bacon, pepperoni cut into quarters to stretch 5 pieces, jalapeño peppers, sautéed mushrooms, and had a little Parmesan cheese leftover to sprinkle on top…I did this on a cauliflower pizza crust one night when we had no idea what to cook. It has become a favorite now. I try different things all the time. We never know as mom’s what will be a hit or not. My son that says he hates cauliflower ate the whole thing by himself! 😂also, have you ever made a Mexican Lasagna! That could use up some of the tortillas. Plus, with all of the chicken or turkey you could make some chicken enchiladas with a sour cream sauce…they are so good. Just some things I do when I have an abundance of tortillas.
Happy New Year 🎉 I did exactly the same after the festive period used up what i had left in the freezer then restocked. I highly recommend audio books 📚 My son started at 2 and now 9. He still listens to them now but i think his loves of reading comes from that ❤
Your cat is gorgeous! We had a big tabby like that growing up, his name was Brucey. He was a lovely boy. Freezer is looking good 🖤

I use wraps instead of pasta lasagne sheets sometimes.. works well and will get some of your wrap stock down.

Was looking forward to this but had to stop watching it because the noise of the wrappings I the freezer was ridiculous.
