This album screams “acceptance” following denial, anger, bargaining, and depression. I love it. The outro always gives me chills. If you could put that feeling of being able to smile again after so long, into music, it would be 2:45 😺

"Clear your head" and "Leave your bed" are some of the lines that describe this music video perfectly.Parker wants himself to get up and leave his bed and clear his head by walking.I think majority of people go for a walk when they want to clear their head and thats why the music video shows Parker walking.(I am sorry if I made any mistakes english is not my first language.)

Actually this guitar run always reminds me of stones roses. It’s amazing how they were able to convert something so classic into a whole lot different genre and still sounds fresh and original. Proves they got the taste and true talent.
Parker really nails that “ looking up and turning around introspective taking it all in” move. He’s a natural.

This album, and especially this track, was one of my biggest inspirations to finally get sober. It reminded me so much of the lows I was at at the time I first heard it, and gave me hope that I could get better.
I'm 9 days sober now. Not entirely because of this album, but it definitely played a huge role.

Grew up with these guys. They defined my 20's. Coming near 30, and even the new songs inspire a vibe from back then. There's not a single feeling I experienced I cannot trace back to their music. I'll always love these guys. Thanks for being a part. Cheers from Belgium!
As a Japanese TSSF fan seeing this video first time has really surprised me because 70% of this video is filmed in place I used to walk everyday. God I should have gone to their Japan tour..

After I left, I couldn't help but cry as soon as I listened to it again having gained an entirely new perspective. It gets me in a way that most will never understand and for that I can never repay them. Thanks so much.
I recently just moved back home from a verbally abusive marriage and currently going through a divorce, it was so hard to finally accept fate and I made the choice to finally leave. I’m so happy I did, this song and band is everything for me going through all of this.

Gotta be honest, during my teenage years i only know 2 TSSF's songs. Around June 2022 i explored Spotify on my phone and started making sad pop punk playlist myself and they suggested TSSF, i was like "aren't they the band who sings Clairvoyant and Navy Blue?" then i opened their profile and ended up on the Proper Dose album. I cried for an hour after listening to all the epic lyrics on most of it. So grateful that i've got to attend No Pressure in my hometown earlier this year and now TSSF became my concert wishlist behind blink-182. Can't wait to cry with this song live. 😂
