This is kind of how it is in America. As someone who’s experienced both sides and is pretty neutral, both male and females get discriminated against. For males it’s you have to be strong, work out, and not show emotion otherwise you’re “weak” or “girlish.” Women on the other hand are made to think that they have to get married as soon as possible and have kids, and also if they get a job and try to be their own independent being that’s seen as “gross.” They also sometimes face the same treatment people of color and disabled people face, like not being taken seriously, or lower pay. And then you have abortion rights, which honestly I don’t think men should be able to decide whether a woman has those rights or not. But they hate them having those rights because “they’re killing kids” (mind you, a fetus is not a child. It doesn’t think, or is conscious yet.) even though the birth could kill the mom.
@@SillyTopHatFrog it's very similar here, same principles too! (Abortion here is illegal unfortunately but it is allowed under some condition.) This is also very informative, thank you!
Nice bro, although I do not agree with some of your statements I get what you are trying to say. So I can understand more of what you are speculating here, what country are you from? It would really help me understand better.
@flokedoke533 none taken! however it's more about the culture than the religion tbh, since our religion considers both men and women equal, it's just the culture that is pretty strict.
@@timfunnydragon yes, I'm not American, I'm more talking about the general problems in gender equality but I got my references from my own country I probably should've clarified that, my bad. 😅
@@thejjnator01 oh I know, it was just a school project, but discrimination towards women is pretty common here, I'm sorry if I gave that expression tho,my bad.
@@RomanLandwalker I'm blunt about it because I don't like people spreading lies. The wage gap has been debunked multiple times. Most women wanna have kids, or straight up choose to work lower paying jobs, and work less hours on top of that. Here in the US it's been illegal to pay a person less because of their gender, sexuality, race, etc. And even then most women still work less hours at lower paying jobs then complain when they don't get paid enough. If anyone were able to prove that hey get paid less because of their gender, sexuality, race etc then there would be a lawsuit by now. I'm not saying I don't care about women being treated unfairly, but please stop spreading lies.
FYI: the reference I took was from my own experiences from my own country, so ye I'm not American.
just saw this on my fyp, and i have to say i love the animation. great message and keep uploading

@flokedoke533 well I'm from an Arab country where we hold to the older tradition.
@@silly_sarah Ah I see. The islamic states down In the middle east tend to have more extreme views on tradition (no offence to Islam or anything).

@sarah_animatics it's okay
Even in america women get discriminated A LOT.
@SillyTopHatFrog how so?
Day to day life, what discrimination do they face?
@ they’re constantly treated poorly, get told “go back to the kitchen”, face discrimination in the workplace, etc.
This isnt 1912 anymore you dont have to keep acting like you guys dont have rights 😂
true but also still missing stuff

Even if this was in good faith kinda rude way to word it broski
Discrimination is still a huge thing around the world
