Anna, It has been a while since I listened to one of your Reiki videos, but just you activating and explaining all the chakras really makes me feel loved, comforted, and maybe I will have some nice dreams🤗🤗😴😴💙💙💙💙💙!!! Beautiful, uplifting session tonight. I enjoyed seeing the appearance of the Tiger Eye stone. I use one in a plumb bob for line work in drawing. Who knew it could have a dual purpose; help in building lines as well as confidence. Cool. Peace from the Pacific Northwest.

back then I was saying that everybody can make Improvisation (the sport in Quebec and Franck part of Europe) but you need to learn to express whats in this Mind of yours ^^ everybody can be creative, it's up to you to express it so the world understands it
I feel like my Irish root is telling me to once in a while take a little instill of alcohol.. not too much but a Mood Boost quantity like something to make me drowsy with confidence.... I'm not a big drinker but when I drink, I kinda attached that feeling of overwhelming and feeling of instillment with lighter mood and messing with things with poetic intent.. I started to write again ^^ it's not just thanks to alcohol don't get me wrong but it helped.. I have a very bad neighbor hood.. I needed something to shake things up T.T
Please specify somehow whether videos are more sleep focused with relaxing reiki and asmr or more activating with some interesting chats. I appreciate your videos and would like to make sure I know which to listen to based on my current activity.

It's interesting to hear that you been feeling scattered. I know you have so many responsibilities outside of this channel. Just remember to take time for yourself my friend.
