HIjacked comment I made on the KojoMain reaction : Great video! That said, I'm a man on a mission to prove that Atsadi is worth it, and I truly believe most people have no clue on how to build an Atsadi deck. People take his power as a payoff for playing big creatures. The thing is that's not a payoff, it's an enabler for playing a more controlly style deck that can take on the ressources of your opponent. It allows you to drag the game for longer than most deck can sustain. That way, Atsadi is much better than his Kojo counterpart for some matchup such as Afanas/Basira and Big Red Mirrors. It also absolutely stomps others control decks such as Akesha. (Kojo has better matchups against Sigismar tho) Speaking of big red, the core of an Atsadi deck isn't even made of big creature. The absolute core is constitued of small characters that will effectively act as an "after you" + some stats. Big creatures are only there when it's time to force your opponent to throw up the rest of their ressources they keep in hand. This probably won't change your opinion on it. I would love to share my decklist, but I prefer not to until a big tournament next month. I will come back to edit this comment with the decklist after the tournament. Aswell with some toughts on how it performed (Tho it's absolutely destroying things at my lgs ^^)
I think an important part of Nevenka is that you can decide when to roll. If you already lose the day, but the buff wins you the day (or ties) then just roll. If its a 1 you haven't really lost anything because nothing changed. You could even try to high roll to get a lucky 6 to get you something for next today because you lost this one already anyway. Feels a bit like scabskin from FAB but with even less risk.
Gonna disagree with you on one thing : Seasoned is rerally strong, yes with anchored you don't have to replay the card but in both basira and afanas have helping hand a 1/2 cost card that give 1 boost and remove fleeting, 2nd benefit from helping hand : mage-dancer + helping hand give him 3 boost making it a 4/4/4 for 2~4 mana and drawing you a card. And with card like magical training you can boost character for one and draw a card. So in the end you have an aggro deck that can have a lot of card in the hand and answer almost anything. To make justice on basira. Yes you need to first give one boost then you can activate her ability, a LOT of cards in bravos gain boost or give boost so the effect is really is to trigger and with card like Red or Blade dancer you can easily grow them to 6/6/6~8/8/8 with the help of helping hand or Brovos vanguard. Last point Haven, Bravos bastion is a really strong card!!! Basira and Kojo are in B or A at the moment for me.
Helping hand does make seasoned better, and I wasn't trying to say that seasoned was weak at all, I was just saying it is not as mana efficient as anchored! Seasoned is still a powerful synergy with boosts.
I m going to disagree in certain rankings Afanas is at least an A tier because has an insane tempo value and can win easily with Small Step Giant Leap Nevenka is at least an A too, is the best hero for Lyra Festival. With Martengale can anchor at 0 mana which is crazy strong, if she rolls an anchor after T3/T4 can easily win the game and it's an hard counter to Waru and Gulrang Rin is a good hero, her effect is really powerful, maybe a but incosistent but when she starts making card advantage since the first turns she becomes unstoppable. The others are more or less close to mine, even if I think Waru wouldn't be that dominant because is really vulnerable to aggro and Teija a bit overvalued but still a strong hero. This is my tier at the moment: S: Nevenka, Gulrang A+: Treyst, Fen, Afanas, Teija, Sigismar A: Subhash, Waru, Rin B+: Lindiwe, Koji B: Sierra, Basira C+: Auraq, Arjun C: Atsadi

Yeah I think Nevenka is stronger than she initially looks

Nice to see you covering altered, it picked my interest aswell! I might be wrong, but is the intro of the video missing?
Kind of, I cropped it from a live stream I did earlier! Will try to make it smoother in the future. Thanks for the support :)
I m going to disagree in certain rankings

This is my tier at the moment:
S: Nevenka, Gulrang
A+: Treyst, Fen, Afanas, Teija, Sigismar
A: Subhash, Waru, Rin
B+: Lindiwe, Koji
B: Sierra, Basira
C+: Auraq, Arjun
C: Atsadi
Good stuff
Cool list even though i disagree with a lot of it. You should do this again once the meta shakes out a bit
