I watched it and I still don't understand how you are pulling this off. Me and some buddies all just started playing the game and we haven't able to survive the zone 65 alarm. I don't understand how you are outrunning the enemies, when I've tried to run to create distance they are just hitting my back the entire time. We try to hold in that room but the alarm always forces us to split up and whenever we split up the enemies just focus us down one at a time
I think the reason why he is gaining so much distance and why he appears to be running very fast is because he is using a booster which increases your speed. Maybe.
Try to curve around to their sides instead of running in a straight line away. Their tongues have less range to their sides and back. Also use objects and corners in the environment to juke them. But you really shouldn’t need to know that for A1. If you’re failing consistently, you just need better prep work/strats.
The running away successfully mostly just requires practice to find out what you can get away with and what not, but you shouldn't really have to rely on these kind of strats for normal runs. For the alarm to zone 65, they'll spawn 2 rooms away, so you can cfoam the big door that they'll have to go through first, for the next set of doors you could leave the back one open which gives them the longest travel distance, you can put some sentries along their path to thin them out and it should become pretty manageable.

for me best strat for solo zone 65 door is: explosive trip mine and cfoam on door
how are u able to move so smooth? do u have auto sprint or do u have to hold it?
I don't use any of the toggle options. Just hold.

Nothing stands out specifically, depends on what you're dealing with and how you plan on dealing with it.
