Sir if we get a college in 1st round but we opt
for ugradation. But in round 2 we don't get any college on upgradation then we can retain
1st round's seat But how do we apply for upgradation in round 3. will we have to leave that retained round 1 seat or can we keep it and still go for upgradation in round 3

Yes, you won't lose your round 2 seat if you don't get any seat in upgradation during round 3. Its written in counselling brochure page 40 question number 23.
