What about the fees submitted in round 1 college when we're alloted a new college?. And wouldn't it be meaningless to submit your docs and fees to round 1 college if we're going for upgradation to a new college, why not just properly submit all the things to the final alloted college at once? If u will upgrade into a new college then ur DD at first college and documents will be returned to u which u can su mit to the new allotted college
