Sharpe & Numan: New Thing From London Town, 12" Single (with alternate lyrics)

I first heard this at Bruce Godwin's one and only Record Rack in Houston in the late 80's, and immediately bought the 12". I've never heard it anywhere else.

thanks very much for uploading, so cool that it was in the record shops in Houston, a city we in Ireland and UK rate so highly as a creative centre, because Gary was considered the height of uncoolness in 1986, he couldn't get arrested with this record. I remember all his mid-80s music just being slagged off in the music media at the time. This is a great 12" I've never heard this version til you uploaded it, thanks

I hated Bill Sharpe's music with Shalamar or Shakatak or whatever it was, in the 80s, but his cooperation with Gary Numan was awesome, and their sound was amazing and quite unique. I can't think of anyone else who sounded like them at the time.
