Balboa park in san diego is a good spot to film except the planes. I've been stationed in san diego 5 of my 10 years so far and loved it! I'm in Japan now and this is a mecca if you ever want to come out.
Obviously I'm a mustang guy now, but I test drove a Camaro 2ss 1LE. For me it just had waaaaaaay to many ZONKS against it. But if someone gave me that as a rental, I would enjoy it still. I hope you two had fun on your vacation to California!
I rented a black 2018 ss Camaro from Enterprise and drove it from Inglewood to San Francisco. I was shocked as well. Mines was a hardtop. The convertibles they had at the time sported bald tires on the front. Apparently they rotated the tires. I learned from a friend who owns one that if you press the traction control button twice, waiting about a second in-between, it activates competition mode. The car turns into a beast. But don't drive on the highway in competition mode. It sucks gas ridiculously in competition mode, not so much in touring mode. Nice video. Thanks for sharing.

Love the vid. Correct me if I’m wrong but I test drove a convertible and it appears that it has much less head room space. Also I feel it prohibits the visibility even more if the roof is not down. Also with the center screen with the roof up I feel it keeps sun glare out that much more. I plan on getting an ss or a challenger in the near future so if I get an ss it’ll definitely be a hard top.
Everpresnt DG for me hard Top is the way to go. You hit the nail on the head. When the top is down life is great. When the top is up things change. The rear window is so small, and there is less headroom. Good luck with your decision.😊
Raiti's Rides like the camaro has the track one forgot the name, the mustang look to simple to innocent mustang gotta make better designs that stand outs like The camaro ZL1 1LE I thinks that’s the track focus one they should take ideas from that

Don't roll it, or drive crazy where rolling is more likely to happen, and be super cautious on roads that have a downward incline off to the side- as of November, 2018, not seeing one aftermarket company that makes a roll bar for this generation of convertible Camero.
I just bought a 2018 1 ss watching a lot of videos with these youtubers I don't know where they are getting their information from on 0 to 60 times but it's not correct

The SS camaro is 4 seconds O-6O it's not 4.5 OR 4.7 seconds. The 15-17 mustang GT automatic is 4.5 seconds. Lol.

It's annoying that even in 2020 ford still using a latch to drop the top on mustangs. Camaros let you do it with the key fob.
