"I won't watch Disney until they make a good show."
    Disney makes a great show.
    "I still won't watch it."

Hmm, you absolutely should give Disney money for Andor. You can even get it for one month, watch the show and cancel the subscription. A great deal for such a good show.
We should support good content independent of who made it. Why would any other studio make a good show like Andor if they see that it doesn't perform well? Are they gonna draw the conclusion that it is just because of distrust in Disney? Or are they gonna be unsure and rather not take the risk and produce something like Kenobi, which was successful?

I refuse to watch Andor because it's just a rehash of basically every star wars story Disney has told (focusing on a small group rising up to fight against the big bad empire. We've seen this in Bad Batch, Rebels, the sequels, Rogue One, Boba Fett, Mandalorian seasons 1 and 2, Solo, Jedi Fallen Order/Survivor, the new star wars game coming out, and Kenobi). At this point, until Disney FINALLY moves away from this era entirely, I have no more interest in star wars.

Disney is never going to "make something beautiful then let the money follow", they're a multi-billion dollar entity whose bottom line is profit growth and maximisation, if you're not ready for that, then don't watch a movie or show from any multi-million production company, because then they're all "guilty by association" with an entity that just wants to make money.
It's always going to be people, individuals who make it beautiful. Obi-wan and Boba fett (along with a majority of recent IP's from Disney) have been disappointing, but Andor caught my eye because the trailer was tastefully edited with beautiful shots, and it revealed that Tony Gilroy (Bourne Identity, Nightcrawler, was hired later in Rogue One) was heading the team. It wasn't just him of course, but him and a team of prestige veteran writers who don't care so much about profits as much as writing a good ass story, and that's what Andor gave. Blanketing every IP a company makes under the sun as "cash-grabby and soulless" is kinda taking a careless blind eye to the thousands of people who are probably passionately putting their heart into the project. That isn't to say there aren't bad projects worthy of criticism, but rather that when a good one comes out, it's good to support it and voice out why you liked it.

A so called big fan of StarWars is saddened and disappointed when StarWars is great and would be genuinely happy if it were terrible ---> this is what a toxic fan looks like. Neil, you're not the one checking out on StarWars, StarWars checked out on you and chose to cater to others of greater value; that doubled their fandom worldwide, pushed Disney+ to highs in record time, and Lucas Film bought for 4 billion is now valued at 70bil. --->sounds to me like they made the right call.
