I just got two Susan B. Anthony 1979-P $1 coins from a vending machine lol. Here I am thinking it could be worth some money.
Same here
Same lol
I got a Sacagawea dollar, a Susan B. Anthony dollar, and 3 presidential dollar coins from a vending machine.
Same. …2 coins
@@enlightenedthreeify deadass same
That Washington quarter stamped on the Susan B Anthony was incredible. The way the face was by the wing and so sharp, like it was intentionally done.
I found a 1979 Susan B. Anthony Dollar while on vacation lying on the ground when I was 11 years old. I saw something shiny and thought it was a quarter lol. I still have it to this day and it was the first rare coin that I ever found that started my passion for coin collecting.
wow man, contrats. that’s really cool. we were going through my grandpas stuff since he just passed and found one in a mug i made him when i was little.
bro omg same lol. i found mine in the snow while living in chicago
If I sold one for 6,000, I would buy my husband a special gift. Like applying a down payment on a 1955 D Pick- Up truck.
Ok and ??
I have 1 coins of this
Why an old pick up truck? Why not a McLaren or Bugatti?
Who
I've had one for a few years and always thought It might be worth a few bucks I don't thank mine has any of the special stuff but it looks brand new it's in amazing condition idk if it's ever been cleaned but it looks really nice
First time I have herd of the errors on these. Thank you!
Thanks for watching Greg!
Where can you get coins looked at to see if they are worth a good value?
I have a 1979 D mint mark SBA coin in excellent condition, how do I find out if it's worth anything and if it is how much....
I have a 1979 narrow rim and the reverse the eagle is upside down. What do you think its the value of it?
When these coins first came out, I went to the bank and bought 100.00 in the coins. They were in a coin wrapper from the Federal Reserve. They still are. I have never opened them or looked at them.
Can I be your friend?
I did the same. Mine was stamped in D from Denver. I bought them when they first came out. Probably not worth much but they are in the original wrapper that reads DUB HARRIS Corp LA, lived in southern California at the time I purchased them.

I literally just got one of these Susan B Anthony dollar coins from 1979. It's the reason I even found this video in the first place. I wonder how much mine is worth??
Somebody at the mint has been doing very creative things and profiting from them. How else does other denomination coins and even foreign coins get mixed in.
Mint bags that dealers get
I got a 1979 sba dollar with the 1979 toching bottom miss die cut
Yes. 1000 SBA $'s are worth a thousand dollars!
I just wanted to thank you for the time and effort you put into these videos. I watch them with my 77yr old Dad who LOVES to collect money of all sorts. I bought him your microscope a few years ago and we spend time together looking thru his massive collection of 1976 "drummer boy" quarters. Which he honestly though he was the only one who called them by that name. My washing machine died last winter and so we made a few trips to the laundry mat where my Dad would carefully search each and every quarter. He never found anything but it was a very easy cheap fun time for him. He has been saving those quarters since they were out. He has a LOT of them. He has other things he saves as well. He just knows he is going to find so.ething someday which I e will never part with but will be so proud lol.
Anyway thank you for giving a father and daughter something to bond over. After my mom passed it became more important for us to find a common ground again. You helped with that more than you know. I hope you and yours are safe and healthy.💙
Wow what an awesome story! Thank you fo watching, it means a lot. Tell your dad I said hi
I have a coin wiht Mark,,,series 104,,1979 pm if you interested to buy,,thank you
From one Kimberly to another your comment blessed me and especially since I miss my dad so much. He passed away in 2002 we were very close. So continue to treasure your treasure hunts with your dad. I collect coins too and that’s what led me here lol…anyways enjoy your day and God blessings upon you and your dad ❤️
@@2ndWindQueen thank you so very much and I am truly sorry for your loss. I lost my mom 9years ago and I miss her every day. The only small bit of "good" I find in that pain is that it brought me closer to my Dad. I honestly thought he would die from a broken heart when Mom passed. It brought us together and I treasure every day I'm with him. I hope you have peace and are happy with your life! God Bless you and yours.
@@couchcollectibles hi I have a question about one of the these Susan B. Anthony coins...I have one that has a goldish color to it...it's definitely not silver. I have tried to research a little bit and I found gold ones but this definitely isn't gold. I was wondering if you could possibly give me any advice or help of any kind. I also have a few Penny's with a reddish rainbow look to them and was wondering about those too. Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks so much for your time and consideration!!!
Would love a double denom of any coin!
I have a 1979 Susan B Anthony copper coin! Gonna get it graded soon! The question is there's not to much information on this SBA copper coin 🤔
I have two one looks like it has a mark of double D and maybe the other is a doubke P. When I get to the marks looking like a box who knows the last is close to that.
I have this one Dollar coin. The mint letter is D. It’s in good condition. My hubby laughing at me for saving coins. 😅
My local bank has stacks of these. It’s crazy! I buy a roll every week. I’ll definitely be looking through them very closely
I actually have a 1979 Susan .B Anthony wide rim P coin!!!
did you manage to sell it and for how much?
@@kieran1694 no I still have it. I would love to sell it though!
I have that same coin. Did you sell yours?
I have it too lol where could you sell it?
@@gh0stsquad342 I don’t know, probably a pawn shop but I’d be open for suggestions.
I have a D coin that’s pretty clean. Might have a lil money on my hand.
My great uncle collected coins mainly in the 70s/80s. He passed away recently and for some reason everyone tosses me his coins because they are to lazy to put in research. So today i opened up another random bag of pictures and what not. Turns out it is a $40 roll of Susan B. Anthony $1 P Grade. Uncirculated and beautiful condition. Someone that purchased them, wrote in pen on the paper roll July 2nd 1979. I currently have 10 cents in my bank because I am disabled. I don't know the 1st thing to do with the coins. I just really don't want someone to screw me over if I get them appraised. Any advice would be excellent 😊 praying for something to help my debt 🙏
I have a 1979 D mint mark dollar coin & on the back of the coin a star is touching the bottom of the I in the word United. It appears 2 b an error.
How much is the 79 blob mint mark worth? I believe I have one
Oh ya I have 2 of them and I'm so happy happy happy!!! When I sell them it's party time and all y'all are invited...I've been told mine are worth...dadadaaaadaaaa....well I could trade them for 200 pennies...or 4 quarters or 20 dimes..there are just endless possibilities...the party is still pending..
Looks to me that some mint employees are in business for themselves. Errors like this can happen but inspectors should have prevented these from circulation.
where can you go and sell these or see if they even worth anything with no one ripping me off
I’m also needing to know this.
@@leeannbennett2473 me too
Yea where???
I thought about going to a few of those coin conventions that have all the time with my coins. Not necessarily to sell, but definitely find out more information about the coins I do have. They do have them pretty regular. The few I heard about were in atlanta, and Dallas. You definitely can Google about upcoming coin convention. Good luck! ✌🏾
How do you get coins graded? What's so special about the one at 3:12? Is it just the condition? I have one that honestly I think looks in better condition, but I don't know anything about them.
always enjoy getting info from you. thank you.
Thanks Robin!
I have 3 P coins and 7 S coins
Wow !
I just put $5 dollar bill in a soda machine for a soda and 3 SBA 1 coin came out in the coin return and one Sacajawea dollar coin so I now have 5 SBA coins and 3 Sacajawea coins
Hey I have one of these! One of the errors on mine is the letter to the left of her neck it's just one big glob!! Other than that not many mistakes
Really interesting video. I just got a SBA 1979 from (of all places) Dollar Tree. I'm guessing that who ever had it, had it well protected because it looks brand new and you can make out everything both in front and in back. The cashier asked the woman in front of me if she wanted it as change, she said no and I said yes. I'm 76 and this is the first I run into in decades. Based on the video I think I got a great deal (not that I plan to sell it). Nice piece of history.
Seems like PCGS is pretty forgiving with its grades for SBA’s. I may need to take another look at the ones my mom had-I’d figured they were at best MS 64, but I think at least one was at least as nice as the 68’s I see here.
Where can you get them valued? I have a couple of them
Great explanation of differentiation between different Susan B Anthony coins. I'm an owner of 3 of them (along side other collectible dollar coins - I'm shocked).
Now, I'm not a collector, nor do I show interest in being one. I would like to consult with a specialist on their worth to perhaps pass them on my children or maybe even sale.
Please direct me where to go. How do I find an honest person who can tell me the worth of my stash?
thx!
I have that same question 😕
I have a 1979 s susan b Anthony it's crazy it has a perfect number 2 in the middle of the T in liberty I found it with a coin loop
one dollar 1979 and one dollar 1979 of 2 coins with "s" 80% mint both
I have 1979 SUSAN B. ANTHONY COINS
Thanks for your knowledge
I have a 1979p SBA coin which appears to have a visible flying eyebrow on the right side dangling and directly aligned with the left eyebrow. First one l have seen on SBA coin.
I have 2 rolls of 1979 UNCIRCULATED SUSAN B ANTHONY $1 COINS ORIGINAL BANK ROLLS OF $25 FROM THE S MINT should I open them or keep them in the original rolls?
I found one of these in the vending machine at work today.
i have a 1979 susan b anthony but where the S or P is suppose to be, there is just a small raised dot (yes, it's not just my eyes). i haven't been able to find any info on this. the state of the coin is probably MS 64. could it be D?
6:14
I have a coin exactly like this. P mark and all, but I don't understand what makes the coin in the video worth anything because idk what ms is
I have two 1979's and a 1980, the 80 has a wide rim but it's an 80. One of the 79's has the s but the other looks like just a dot, strange.
I found a 1979 D version Susan coin. There's not a ton of wear or scratches. There's no more coin stores in my town. Where do I get it appraised?
Did u ever find out how much
Havent watched in awhile. I like how you've changed up the intro and changed some of the scenery. Had alot happen since last time i was here. $20k in a silver coin collection from 1850s up to 2019 and had to sell 95% of it. Got pretty discouraged. Tryin to stay positve and get back into it but its really hard. Hopefully, though.
Ah man sorry to hear that but glad your back! You can always buy back a little at a time
@@couchcollectibles thanks man i appreciate it. Yea im going to ease back into it. I think it would be good.
I got one out of the vending machine last week and it has a P over D mint mark I've been trying to find other coins like it but I'm gonna have to get it graded
I have several Susan b in excellent condition with p,d & s mark I think one with wide rim
I have a Susan B Anthony D narrow rim no scratches is that a good one or?
I have saved old coins for years. I have a 1979-D Susan B. Anthony coin. How much would it sell for?
Just got one of these from the change machine at the carwash yesterday a 1999, awesome video once again Justin
Thanks man! Appreciate it
Hey Couch guy sure appreciate all of your videos sure keeps things interesting
Very nice SBA’s I like those errors
I just found one of these looks pretty mint how do I get it graded
The mint mark on my 1979 susan b is just a dot, no letter just a small dot, I even looked at it with a magnifying glass
Let's see if I had $6,000 I would go to the bank and buy a bunch of coins yeah that's what I'm talking about love digging and them coins from the bank breaking open a rolls of coins looking for silver and the best quality coin and find it a bunch of 71 Kennedy🤞
I have the '1979 p wide variety looks to be decent shape

Just found a Triple Die Obv. RPM 1980 D SBA with DDR. getting it graded.
Love my USB MICROSCOPE.
So I have a discovery Susan B. D.D on both reverse and obverse. Off center strike and I believe the composition of the coin is different from the others. Very shiny compared to the others. What do I do from here? I ordered the Microscope camera just for this coin. Should be here towmorrow for picture day! Thanks
Hey family, I just joined the group .coachman, I love what you are doing keep it up.
Thank you Lamont! Appreciate you!
I have a 1979 Susan B Anthony that has “one dollar “ doubled
I just got a D Susan B dollar from the gas station yesterday and it's off center. One side has no rim at all. Wonder what that's worth?
I have gotten just the other day in 1979 Susan B. Anthony Coulter with 2S marks sad by sad one right below the other pretty much. In very good condecision what is that possibility could be worse than that very unusual? I'm looking for any comments
You asked what we would do if we ever found a coin that sold for over 6 thousand dollars..... honestly the first thing I would do would be to go and buy myself another Harley Davidson motorcycle to replace the one that got stolen from me. Then I'd there was any money leftover I'd start trust funds for my three awesome boys(who are also into coin hunting).
That's awesome Paul! Sorry to hear about your bike
Got 1 in change while back. Looks like excellent condish. I think. I'm newish. But i can I see lines in hair still and pupils in eye etc. except she has looks like to noses. I mean the tip of her nose looks like what y'all call dbl stamp?
I got the P coin wide rims 1979
I would love to find a clipped coin while coin roll hunting.
Where do u go to hunt coin rolls

I have a Susan coin with quarter stamped on it
I have a whole roll of 1979 Susan b Anthony dollar coins that are gold toned on both obverse and reverse. Are these worth anything
Same coin but gold color (copper) is that valuable?
I have one too! They're not talking about this coin much! Wonder why 🤫
I just found one of these and it’s in mint condition. Next to her shoulder is just a square, not any letter and on the reverse side the eagle print is completely upside down.
OMG same! Is it worth more than $1 ?
Fake 🤣
I often hear you and others talk about valuable coins, however you never express how to move them.
You mention being graded by PCGS
That is a very difficult club to get in to have coins graded.
If said I found a 1942 s Lincoln penny what would be my best course of action?
I meant to say a 1943 s penny! What would be my course of action?
I meant to say, 1943 s.
I've done multiple videos about selling coins. Everyone asks how to sell them but never watches my videos about it
How much you want for it? &Is it steel or copper?
@@couchcollectibles OK Thanks!
I will put that in the the search bar.
I have the wide rim P 1979 Susan B Anthony silver dollar. But I doubt it's condition is good enough to get $6000 for it.
I have a wide rim 79 Susan b Anthony dollar with the d on it in excellent condition not all scratched up and wore out you can see everything and a 1980 in the same condition with the d on it do you think they're worth anything

I had one and thought it looked cool, collected it in one of those huge bags back when you could order them off Amazon for like 20 dollars, looks like I have a 1979 D wide rim coin
I also have some 1940's penny error coins. Can I send you pics of these to see what you think? Thanks again!
I have a mint condition SBA coin. I think it's a D bc I don't see an s. It's like brand new. I'm not just saying that bc of money. I plan on keeping it though.
