    I’ve been a property manager for over a decade operating large financial institution multi family developments in Nashville, and your answers on rent credits are in line with our best practices. We identify where responsibility is placed for the issue, if there is a financial loss, determine if there is insurance or warranty coverage etc., then fill in gaps where necessary to address the human element of the situation all while adhering to FFHA and ULTA of course. Although not covered in this episode specifically in relation to credits, if things get dicey let’s say in the case of “professional renters”, we consult with our local attorney to determine best course of action.

    How did the guest lock himself out if you have a digital lock? You said the guest locked the deadbolt from the inside, but doesn’t the code unlock the deadbolt?

    i think i'm done being a social worker. Ima start focusing on real estate... working for ppl it's starting to feel like modern day slavery.

    I would sign up right away if you guys had a boot camp on depreciation and cost seg studies. Specifically, going out of that boot camp, I want to be able to do my own cost seg study for small single family homes

      Ashley's official instagram is instagram.com/wealthfromrentals/. Make sure the account you follow is spelled exactly the same way as her account. The message you received is most likely spam and we recommended blocking that user.
