This is the Story of Luke & Lorelai from season 1 till season 7, each season is represented by one clip (season 1-4) or two clips (season 5-7). I only left some unimportant scenes out, the important stuff (good or bad) is in the clips.
The concept of the season clips is to show the relationship between Luke and Lorelai over the years, I used voice overs in combination with mute clips and put instrumental songs, mostly soundtracks into the videos.
Overall these clips are about 90 minutes, basically a whole movie lol, I hope you'll take the time to watch them.
Last note: I used Video Deluxe 2007 by Magix to create these videos.

The beginning of their relationship was so absolutely perfect. It took forever but honestly as a diehard fan of this couple I could not have asked for more. The way Luke sticks up for their relationship at the town meeting. Ugh, my heart. I love them.

best moment was when Liz was hinting about it being Lorelai and Luke laughed, went serious and said "it's Lorelai"

i love the scene where luke goes off on the town about his and lorelei's relatinoship. season 5 was the best cuz of luke and lorelei's relationship.
With the chemistry Luke and Lorelai had, it's hard to believe Lauren and Scott had a hard time getting along at first (or so I heard lol).

Both are wonderful actors. It was rumored that Scott did have a thing for Lauren. In the series, they ARE acting and very well. Glad they decided not to have the original plan of a lady owner of the diner. I watched sometimes just to be in that diner. Loved that atmosphere. Warm and comfortable. Even when Luke was ranting. I agree with others about April. They didn't need that bit. It didn't make sense.

i'm literally obsessed with luke and lorelai. it's actually kind of sad lol but i love them together so much!!! it's so sad we never got to see them married in the show but i think part of the reason is so all of us java junkies could imagine and plan their perfect lives together

It shouldn’t have taken so long for them to get together because even when they were in relationships they still flirted and did special things for each other and I’m really happy with how it all went but they are definitely my comfort couple and I love that he can be grumpy and upset and still do whatever it takes to make her happy and when she is sad or stressed she goes to him because she always knew that he will always be there and I’ve written a lot now but they are absolutely adorable and amazing and I’m happy❤️

To L. Weber - The bigger problem was was that, judging from various Lauren Graham comments and interviews such as TV Guide, behind-the-scenes something went sour between her and Scott Patterson. Much as I loved these scenes from the first part of season 5, the more the season wore on, the more evident it became to me that they were NOT enjoying having to act together. Maybe the actors were tired of each other, maybe they had some off-screen argument, maybe Lauren's stated preference for Chris for Lorelai seeped into her portrayal of the Luke-Lorelei scenes. Whatever it was, it made them hard to watch even as I rooted.
Wow! I know your post is 2 years old, but I just now finished watching the whole show on Netflix and I totally agree with you! I thought I was the only one that picked up on it. It was very evident that they merely put up with these scenes because it was their job (Lauren more than Scott) The build up to their getting together started good. But the actual hook up was very anti-climatic. I always thought it was weird how Luke-Lorelei romantic scenes were lukewarm at best, and dry compared to the scenes with Chris or Max. And they had fewer scenes together as season 5 and 6 went on.

True. Glad I'm not the only one who noticed. Like you, I was rooting for them big time. They make a great couple, and they had great potential to really set off some fireworks with their on screen romance. But something was off. I agree, their scenes were hard to watch. I think Scott tried, but Lauren didn't hide her distaste very well, imo. It makes me skeptical about this new revival coming up. I've read there're supposed to be some "really good" luke-lorelei scenes, but I just don't see how.
I know this comment is old, but in my opinion their chemistry was great 'til the end! I heard about the rumours about Lauren and Scott not getting on well, but I don't think they were ever confirmed by them. I personally think they were great together and without any doubt the best couple on the show. For example, Lorelai and Max were cute, but never so passionate (at least for me, I've never felt touched by their scenes together). The fact that they had less scenes together as the show went on was because of the writers.. The fact that the characters barely said "I love you" to each other can't be explained by Lauren's and Scott's relationship outside the show. I mean, they are actors, they must remain professional and their relationship mustn't condition the plot, isn't it? I still blame the writers for having ruined such a wonderful love story with seasons 6-7. Nevertheless I have to admit that their chemistry was a little bit off in the revival, even though there is a scene that literally made me cry, and it's all about Scott's amazing performance (the one in the kitchen, I don't want to spoiler).
@@alessandram9367 Yeah, this is the first time I read someone thinking their chemistry wore off. Don''t know where that came from. The plot kept throwing things in their way so they'd break up and stuff, but it's never a chemistry thing.
