@@mariojarque3466 what setting did you have the dial on? I'm about to do this just waiting on other parts to come in and was curious of setting. I have td-10exp but should be same
hi congratulations on the project.. do you know what output resistance range the trct 5000 sensor emits?? because for my alesis nitro max to drive the hit hat I need a range of values ranging from 1kohm to 150kohm to make closed, semi-open and open. thanks
Man great work really, but i have some issues when connecting my Arduino mega 2560 and the 2 outputs of my piezo it always flashes light and the hairless midi stops please if you could clarify the process easier for non-technical people I really wish you could just illustrate it step by step and how does everything connects and the code because I just made everything and there seems to be an issue and again thanks for your work man ♥️♥️
I would like to make something similar. Only i would like to plug it in the exp in of my keyboard. It is mono plug, vcc 3.2 volts on the tip (measured by me with a multimeter). My question is: would it be ok if i power the module with 5v supply, will it perhaps damage the exp input? In that case i assume i should send the voltage out of the module on the sleeve, and leave the tip disconnected?
Fantastic! Super research! Super channel! Best information! Super!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks for this video. I plan on using this
WOW! 😲
So amazing bro! I made a Hi-Hat controller with a FSR sensor but this, is other level.
Maybe I'm gonna try this one. 😁
Sound promising !
Lol great work ! Haha we have the same gear !
i have done almost the same thing but with the clock and ir sensor.
perfect!! i´m working in your design right now.thank you!!!
guau!!! I did it!!! It works perfect in my Roland TD 12. Changing polarity on jack, the system works foot open or close. Thanks Ryo!!!!

Thank you RYO....👏👍
great!!
that is so cool. btw how do you propose fitting the TCRT5000 in the high hat?
Thank you
I await your re designed case for the hi hat stand! (It’s Dermot by the way :-) )
Genial solución para arreglar el controlador Hi Hat de mi batería ProwerDrum HD-006, gracias
Sirve!! Probado en una TD 11, GRACIAS!

Does this module work for the arduino project? that is, by placing this module, I don't have to make the diagram with the resistors? Thanks a lot
Can it be considered as a contact? Thank you
Is this safe for the TD17 module?
How to connect using piezo and arduino?
Please update the electric drum video
Sirve para cualquier edrum
Anyone with a dd602 Medeli / Fame module out there has the slightest idea if its possible to use this sensor with this module?
