The twins are autistic. Rumi’s is pretty undetectable just by looking but Sir is low functioning autistic and his physical features gives it away so they keep them out of the spotlight so their photos aren’t circulating as much I’m sure. Just protecting the kids privacy and peace.
Sir is rarely seen in pictures, videos or public. Are the Carter's not proud of their son. If the young Sir is suffering with an illness that makes having him in public a high risk, then it would be understandable. As parents, Jay and Bey also do not have to disclose to "us" the public any possible health concerns. As a dad, with a son, one would expect Jay to be proud, doting, engaging.
