It's honestly not all that unrealistic, it's only that the negative players are incredibly loud. And being with this game for nearly a decade, you just ignore the toxic people and chill with the ones who love the game for what it is.

I really love these cinematics. They are simple, but make me remember, that there are real people behind LoL who try their best to make game better and less bugged/balanced and if something goes wrong, i (like all players should) support them instead of writing shitposts on social media.

The issue is that they don’t do their best. It’s been years since people started demanding for a good client and they always make the excuse that the “Tech isn’t there” despite the fact that people have made fanmade launchers that work better than the original launcher.

The question is, how much true is in "not seeing" problem. I mean, is this a "PR" like move, or the real devs on their own said that... Secondly, when thousands of people are crying about client (or Aphelios balance) and you are not able (for some reason) to fix that, you can be tilted and write something like "+200 collective experience "

i blamed riot too for every mistake the game has, but after this video it show us how they put their love and dedication to make the game better. we all should respect riot's works, not the toxic player tho

As a software developer myself, this video took me through a roller-coaster of emotions because we've all been there at one point in our careers and will do so many times in the future. It was a good reminder that even big companies like Riot are composed of people who also deal with these emotions/problems.

@@PugsyP as someone who used the forums for years, and was always constantly in gameplay and even had a small stay in gamplay plus. the forums had 0 idea what it was talking about 90000% of the time. any well thought out post was met with the most uncreative feedback and discussion that always derailed into semantical insult fights.

Remember my friends and I were deciding on a time to play clash together and only did we find out that it's not playable in SEA😒, please riot, garena does nothing, istg nothing

In the end of the day, some of these employees are really giving it their all and doing so much for community, look how wholesome this is, I applaud this! Clash was a great step in the right direction, and it's incredibly fun, love it! Thank you!
Also at the end of the day, some of these developer's barely play their own game if at all.

@@Corvega nope, they play their own game alot. It is even showed in one of their vids that they have a dedicated spot to play league on.
clearly not, since the launcher has been horrible since 2016, and will regularly crash during pick/ban phase and leave you with a matchmaking penalty.
@@FishAnvil never happens to me. I use an old laptop with a potato graphics card (Intel HD 4000)and a 3rd gen i5 CPU with 4gb ddr3. it still works perfectly

Its like the balance team: releasing something that is broke. For example, look at Samira, its always the same.... They never test their shoot enough, before releasing it.
I really don't feel bad since unlike this video says, they didn't just mess up once lol, plus it was VERY obvious that they were gonna have the issue that they were gonna have, and some in the community predicted it lol

Don't take quotes out of context just to make someone look bad. That one of the biggest ausholen moves you can do to anyone. They said that "most players" only climb alone or with one friend which is totally accurate since the majority of the players are not connected well enough to maintain a continuous flex climb with five people.

Admitting the failure is the greatest asset of anyone, keep doing your stuff and creating content.
There's lot of scope improving architecture and specially QA testing, there are lot of small things you guys can improve over time and as CS grad I know how painful that can be but hey ain't we all strive to achieve new heights with every new day!

Now I remember what happened that day lol, we were seeing other people start while me and my team got stucked in the queue countdown. After that we all just went home, waiting for news about the problem. I hope someday Clash will come to the Philippines. :>
Meanwhile, SEA Servers have yet to get Clash yet.....

I'm from Malaysia and I had the chance to play clash, it was beta testing around Oct 2018
I think I'd blame Garena more for this one.
DNight-Owl yeah I was in the clash test as well. What I'm trying to say is since then, there has not been any more clash for us to participate in.
technicalleon That is also why countless SEA players has asked and requested for Riot to take back the rights from Garena and run it themselves due to Garena's poor management of the client and game.

Can we have clash here now on the SEA servers? Or better yet cancel your partnership with Garena as they make lol client more buggy that already it is. This one time I tried to play league but the garena laucher is having a moment and wouldn't even let me click the "play" button to launch League, tried some fixes several times it did not work and I just gave up playing for that day.
I would love clash to finally happen here in ph!! I have a group of 4 irl friends ready for action once clash comes up. Riot dont give up on clash for us SEA/Garena servers ! I want clash !

As someone who played both the initial Clash and the new Clash, I can really appreciate how far its come. I've enjoyed every change they've made to Clash and its always super fun.

Listen riot, as much as I hate the bugs in the client , the leaverbusters, getting matched up with dumb players. I still love league, it's an awesome game. You guys come up with great ideas and if you ever stumble or have any issues don't worry you'll get through it. Do what you do best.

This was surprisingly sweet content. When I heard Clash went wrong, I was actually shocked since League doesn't typically fail that badly. I'm glad to hear that such a dedicated team is working on this game that I have loved since middle school.

Thank you for putting so much work and effort into clash! When you play with the right people who aren't toxic it's so fun, competitive, and rewarding! I do wish there was a game mode to play best of 3s or even best of 5s however.
Riot, the biggest game company in the world, that at this time had the ONE game, didn't think that they needed more server space if everyone playing League started a game at once...
I don't think the problem was server space it was that too many people were trying to get into a game all at one specific time. when people are playing norms or ranked they will be staggered as to when they start que but with clash, there was a specific start time so you have thousands if not hundreds of thousands of players trying to get into a game when the servers only start 10 games at a time.
Not talking about that if you start so any connection to one place /server its not about server only but about connection too, so providers had problems too for sure
Nintendo is bigger and is also not able to get their servers to work. Nothing new today.
feels great to know that the game i've played since late season 1 still is very much alive and with a passionate team behind it, hope that you'll bring clash back asap cause it's a feature i really love, and so do my friends

Disappointed that there's still no transparency on when Clash will be implemented in the PH server. Idk if this is Garena's fault or Riot's.

The first day of Clash in the Philippines was so disappointing it was the most memorable day of my life. We were supposed to enter the loading screen but then LOL crash instead of Clash and we can't even play normal or custom. And also that Day my Mom leave us without me knowing because of Clash.
Still playing with garena, still no clash.
This was so sweet to see the process through everything in a storytelling sort of way. I love it!!

Me just enjoying the game didn't even know they failed cause for me no one of all of them failed and i didn't even feel the "Failing" they were saying. I love the game so much, and i enjoy it so much. That's why i don't care about the FAIL, ERROR, ISSUES or something. Your hardworking must be APPRECIATED by all of us. You cant play in KR unless you have residence in KR or special account. There is laws to control gaming in KR and its a special server.
