Philips and other companies should make spare heads for epilator. Everyone is facing this problem. And we can't keep buying new epilator each time just for a broke head.
You are right. But this problem comes only when it is not cleaned properly. When hair gets stuck in it, its gears get jammed, and when you run it, then the gears get damaged. Its cleanliness is very important

I have anex epilator & its base area where on / off buttons are placed not working,light is on but mchine is not rotating & there is no option to open it to get it fixed.
There is always a way to open it . Just you have to find it . Or search on RUclips by its model number. God willing you will get the solution.

Brother, I would love to tell you the size of the gear but I made this video about seven months ago and this epilator belonged to my cousin and at that time I repaired it and returned it after making a video. Now she is in America and I am in Pakistan .

My epilator is same as yours. I cleaned head of my epilator. I don't have problem with top. But I have problem with bottom side. It's not working or charging. And I don't know how to open bottom side.

You bought it 4 months ago . Then it should be under warranty.
Without opening or checking how i can tell you what is the problem. You should go for warranty, if not then clean it . May be there is dust which causes the heat .
Sir, I have a Geepas epilator, it has stuck hairs, so I cleaned it, but its gears are damaged, so it is not working properly, as it is touching the skin, it is becoming sticky.
First of all epilators need to be clean after every use . So that the hairs could not stuck . Due to jam the pressure converted on gears and gears are made of plastic . Gears could not handle the pressure and got damaged.

Dear It has to be opened in the same way as it is opened in the video. There is no need to take the gear out if only cleaning is to be done. Because the dust in the epilator is only in the part that removes the hair. As you can see in the video, the part that rotates ( white color ) . It also has small parts, open them in the same order and clean them and put them back. Oiling is not required, but if you want to oil, oil the gears only in a very small amount, because more oil will cause the epilator to catch more dust.

My Philips epilator performance is decreasing day by day.... Now It take too much time & need to rub again and again in one place..
There can be many reasons for this. It may be about to be cleaned. Hair etc. are stuck. Due to which the speed has decreased. Only if I have it, I can tell what is the real reason.
