It depends of how competitive is the residency that you want to apply. For example in Family Medicine you could have no research or little research you couple perfectly match, but for Radiology, plastic … you are not going to match without the “perfect CV” and that is not going to happened without research. Programs does not like a lot of time after graduation if you are having a GAP but if you are doing research it is normal and they “like it”

As far as i know, In America they take time into consideration, the longer you wait the lower the chances to get accepted.

Which platforms/legit are better for educational onlinecourses? Any ideas?
If I'm about to graduate now.. is it too late to start doing these things?
