Stilfontein Mine | New case filed in illegal mining standoff

One more case regarding the Stilfontein illegal mining matter has been registered in the courts.
Zinzi Tom, an affected community member, has through Lawyers for Human Rights, filed an urgent application in the Gauteng High Court in Pretoria demanding that the state take immediate responsibility of funding the retrieval operation of illegal miners in Shafts 10 and 11 of the Buffelsfontein Gold Mine in Stilfontein.
