If f(x) = (x - 1) / x
then, f(x) inverse = 1 / (1 - x)

Sir i didn't got the concept of interchanging y with f(inverse) of (x)
y should be equal to x.. How it is f(inverse) of x

But why to swap x and y.. want the logic behind this.. why it's y= f^-1(x).
We took y=f(x). So x=f^-1(y).. this makes sense but what about the former one
In 2nd ques I tried checking by puting a value
U can solve easily by replacing f(x) by x and x by f(x) inverse
