Giratina raids have been so good to me, first origin raid was a shiny 98 and then I got the hundo! Definitely working on the shiny 98 first though 🙂

12:49 as someone who doesn't care about costumes or shinies, zorua is the only new content during this whole halloween event. I get it that many people use these external catching devices but without them you can still play the game, however, if they removed zorua from Halloween part 2, then there is nothing worth hunting for during the whole event apart from PvP IVs. I get it some people use these third party devices to catch pokemon but again most casual players don't and many daily players (like myself) who have been playing for years and do maximum free raids and play other free parts of the game still catch zorua. So, I personally feel that there are more people interested in zorua (personally I've been waiting for it since 2019) than hard core players who use go plus 24x7. Maybe I am wrong but that it what I feel. And with the event ending soon, I think Niantic will enable these devices as soon as zorua disappears.
