At 0:28, you should Sail here, because then you can ramp to 4 ink next turn, and because you can use the ink from Sail this turn, you could've still FTC the Banzai and played Hiram next turn.
How does it fair against ruby/ sapphire and ruby/amethyst? Basically, it has to be capable of beating those decks because they will still make up a large portion of the meta.
You likely lose the RS match. I have not tested against RA, but I imagine the same match-up spread against the Amethyst tools in the deck works (stopping Genie). You get hurt by Be Prep, but play accordingly to manage that and you will have a better chance.
This decks looks so awesome, but also very expensive 😪 Do you think it's possible to build a budget version of this deck? Especially without beast and Robin hood?
@QuantumMercury That makes sense, but I don't play competitively yet, so for now I can live with that. But I really like this playstyle, so if you have any suggestions for alternative budget friendly characters I would love to hear them 🤞
@@Rasmus.ElnegaardI would say the steel jim Hawkins line as a substitute for Robin Hood. They both come out at the same time and handle aggressive threats in different ways. They both also sing 5 cost steel removal songs. Flaversham is uncompromisable, but Calhoun could be swapped with Mr smee.
@@jasonhu6262thanks a lot for your suggestions. I have been looking at the jim hawkins shift line a lot, but I am not sure the small jim stays relevant throughout the game, unless I keep inking. But I guess I have to test it.

@QuantumMercury gotcha. So, good matchups overall into the current meta. Just gotta avoid ruby/sapphire.

Yes but it won’t be nearly as effective as all the good Hero cards are expensive (Calhoun included).
