OMG this was my first origami and ever since I been trying to make it but I kept failing until now wich I started in 2018 this deserves a sub
After 30 years I have learned the making progress. I remember when I was in 4th grade in school, one of our boy classmate made it and gave it to a girl. When I requested him to make the same thing for me, he said that he forgot how to make it. He didn't want to make it for me. Thank you for showing the technique.

this actually worked!At first when I was finished it I thought it didn't work
and I was so mad I accidently spilled a cup of juice then I played with it
alittle bit and it started working!

try using a bigger sheet of paper. i had the same issue and it worked with bigger paper squares.

Yes I made it. It is possible. It was challenging and I got frustrated but I did it and it's super fun to play with. Usually I wouldn't be able to complete the last part because I'd give up and these sorts of cool things never seem to work for me but I can't believe I did it

Thick or heavy paper is not good for origami, most origami needs thin paper, but you could try

My goodness. The only problem I had was with the last bit. After taking an overnight break, I finally figured out what I was doing wrong and was able to turn my triangle cylinder inside out.

For anyone out their who can't get the last part you do a mountain fold on the sides and then u push in the corners and its done move it slowly tho at first

Is it OK if I do it with 10 cm paper?
psst if you're having trouble with the sticky part of a post it use a cheap eraser to erase the glue off... it'll leave a slightly darker mark on the post it but no more stickiness... also the glue that you erase off combined with the eraser shavings makes excellent temporary tack for light paper posters and stuff, it sticks to walls but easily comes off if you pull/roll it off... thank me later

My origami paper cracked and broke right at the seam where the different colored pieces fit together. I did like the way to do it but if failed in my book unfortunately. I like using printer paper. Or I just made one with some heavy weight glossy paper we had.
