    Don't agree with some points in the video.
    1. 2019 airport news was not the reason behind property demand rise. After covid lockdown, all big cities in India have seen surge. Nothing special about Noida
    2. Noida airport is 60-70 kms away from main city. Gurgaon airport is much nearer. Don't just think in terms of time taken but also the cost of commuting. There is no special advantage to noida.
    3. Only manufacturing companies are planned for job creation. Gurgaon is superior becuase it has high paying fortune 500 corporate MNCs which Noida will stil lag
    All these airport related developments speculations have already inflated price in yamuna expressway which is not real value

      Agreed noida airport will not help. We have already seen how properties were sold first in the name of race track and when it failed they came up with the airport. Which I think will fail.

    very poor analysis. Noida market me actually boom aaya Yogi ji k CM banne k baad usse phele to yaha stories sunai jati thi loot hone ki, abhi bhi yaha property zyada return nahi daigi reason is Noida me manufacturing units zyada aa rahi hai vaha par per employee income kaam hoti hai. And Jewar airport ki hawa zayada hai Noida se IGI airport kafi pass hai as compared to Jewar airport.

    Greater noida plots pe property tax lgta h kya ? aur agar lgta h to kha se pta chalega ki kitna baki h aur kaise pay krna h. Online resident portal me sirf water bill dikhta h. Please help !!

    एयरपोर्ट बनने से ही विकास नहीं हो जाते ।
    एयरपोर्ट तो और भी बहुत सारे शहर में है ।
    दिल्ली एयरपोर्ट जेवर एयरपोर्ट से बहुत आगे है ।
    और गुड़गांव इसलिए डेवलप हुआ क्योंकि दिल्ली हरियाणा के उद्योगपति का घर बना हुआ है ।
    नोएडा में वो क्षमता नहीं है
