    Hi! Thank you for your video. I'm 6 months in and re-studying the DVD series! I highly recommend to restudy the program over and over again. A lot of the data is making more sense and picking up new pieces of information I did not get the first time around. I coached with a certified DNRS coach which was amazing, but it would be great if I can make an in-person workshop with Annie Hopper! Can't wait to watch the rest of your videos. I'm on the DNRS community website and on the Laughter Yoga What's App community. Hope to connect with you someday! :))

    hi. thanks for the vid. i am on week 13 of DNRS. i have that thing with getting sick with the cell phones. it's called electromagnetic hypersensitivity syndrome or EHS. at teh moment i'm struggling with my ex boyfriend being my main POP. i feel like it's limiting my recovery and i'm really trying to get him out of my brain wiring but haven't succeeded as yet. but i know i just need to keep at it. i've managed to get michelle bubnis as a coach so i'm very excited about that. her testimonial is the reaosn i bought the program. anyways, thanks so much for sharing all the info you shared in this vid. i live in australia so it's not so easy to go to an in person program.

    Hi, with your sensory sensitivity do you also have sound sensitivity? I have horrible sensitivity to sound. Any kind of sound makes me run out of a room in panic. I just ordered the program today and I found your video. I’ve been suffering horrible sound sensitivity, eye sensitivity, fear, anxiety, panic, depersonalization (things don’t feel real like I’m disconnected from my surroundings) for the past year. This is the worst thing I’ve ever been through. I’m just looking for encouragement because I feel hopeless.

    • @newlifesparrow
      @newlifesparrow  5 лет назад +1

      Hi Danielle!! :( I 100% know what you are going through. I was exactly the same at the beginning. Out of the sensory issues.. it was sensitivity to sound that hit me first. I can happily say it is much better now. You are doing the right thing though... start those dvds. They will help with the anxiety and that is the first thing that needs to get chilled out so your brain can start to heal from all of these sensory things. Have you spoke with a doctor about all of this? There are things that can help.... you should check out my video titled "10 things that help PPPD". Some of those things could be useful to you. I'm so sorry though... nobody deserves to go through this! I will be praying for you and it does get better... I promise!!!!

    Thank you for making these videos. You are a true inspiration to our healing process. Do you have any tips to lessening sensitivity in airports?

    • @newlifesparrow
      @newlifesparrow  5 лет назад +1

      Aww seriously I'm glad it's helping you!! :). Yeah airports can be tricky lol. I don't fly a ton but things I do is use my oils (lavender (calm), ginger and peppermint (for nausea). I take it slow.... Rushing elevates me more so if you don't have a super close connecting flight just take your time. Man good question and wish I had more advice for you because it is a lot to take in.

    • @KarlaZamudio
      @KarlaZamudio 5 лет назад +1

      I'd recommend doing incremental training at an airport. Los Angeles Int'l Airport (LAX) is a pretty large airport with a lot of stimuli around. I needed to train around that before a business trip I had planned. Before the trip I had a friend drive me to the airport, park and let me walk around for an hour while doing DNRS practice rounds or at least the first 6 steps. After an hour of being in the airport inside terminals and outside, I felt the trigger and that was my cue to leave. I was calm. I had 4 months of DNRS training under my belt and knew that I can direct the Limbic System to a more calmer state. Having someone with me helped. When I returned home I was pretty exhausted and continued with a DNRS practice round. When it was time for my business trip I was pretty calm on the way to the airport, inside and in the plane. But, not so great on the way back. I'm grateful for the people who I was traveling with, they were supportive and helpful. :)

      Yes... when I was there they said that not everyone is 100% by 6 months. We heard testimonies of people where it took longer.. a year or so. I agree with what they say... limbic system impairments don't usually just happen over night.. it's a build up of "things" and a lot of people tend to be sick for a long time before doing a program like this so it takes a little time for the brain to re-train itself.

      @@morningwithgracie7870 I just started the program aswell, and have been to many forums from people who have used the program and some said they recovered in just few months and while others said that it took them several years to recover and some that said they never fully recovered but had substantial improvements, so it can very greatly from person to person.
      From my expeirience talking to many people with these issues and who have used the program, it seems the more severe and longer you have had the symptoms the longer it takes to rewire the limbic system back to normal... but that's just my ussumption based on talking to people on forums.

      @newlifesparrow  5 лет назад +1

      Maddie Cullor Yes getting anxiety under control is so so important. I’m sure you’re aware the cycle that happens… The anxiety/dizzy cycle and neuroplasticity essentially helps break that cycle along with other symptoms. Man how much better am I? That’s a hard question LOL I still have symptoms every day but I am living life and I have way more good days than bad now. When I first got sick every day was terrible so I would say maybe 75 to 80% better.
