Does anyone know many this recipe makes? I counted roughly thirty from the picture, but perhaps that is a couple of batches. Excited to try making this recipe today!
Ukrainian's Pirozhki are a bit different from the Russians ones. I have tasted Russians, Ukrainians, and Belorussians and all tasted a bit different. Even Polish people also make them.
I grew up eating different traditional Russian pirozhki. My grandmother and mother used to make them and so did my great-grandmother and so on. Also, Ukrainians and Polish people make them too. I had NEVER heard of sambosas. I am sure your sambosas are delicious but they do not taste like pirozhki. This is a Slavic food.
I made these today and they are so good! Definitely a keeper! Thank you for sharing!

Seperti resep pada umumnya
Yam yam yam
Hi there! Looks amazing 😘 is that AP flour or bread flour?
Hi, thank you for commenting. Yes, it’s all purpose flour!
nice easy to follow but they dident use a board in end was on counter
Can I bake them in the oven instead of frying them in oil? If so, what temperature and for how long pls? Thanks
No, you can’t cook in the oven. If you cook it in the oven, make sure you make the dough thicker so it doesn’t water down.
is there a meat version? the one i grew up eating was meat and sometimes with cheese
Yeah, you can make it with meat and cheese, just check out my belyashi video! Thanks!

Why cilantro?
Cascade
ну какой острый перец в пирожки??
и соли многовато.
лучше потолочь душистого и чёрного горошком.
India. Name samosa........
A dough filled with whatever you like is universal. Spanish people call it empanadas. India samosas, Slavic people call it Pirozhki, and so on.
it's ukranian
