Thanks, viewing your video showed me exactly where I went wrong! I had put the final gear onto the lead screw backwards thinking it had to mesh with the second gear. It just didn't look like it would go into the last one. I see now if you choose the right path it will slip past the second gear and onto the far left or first gear. great!
I reassmbled mine and the gears all turn when any one tumbler is engaged but once you engage the second one the shafts only turn about 30-40 degrees and then it gets very difficult to turn the shafts. Is this normal? I do not have lead screw on yet, i turn them from the gears in the cone config.
