The AL3 and s+ have the same facing length(20mm), but for the tip opening, s+ is 1,88mm and AL3 is 1,52mm. If you use the reed of same stiffness with both mouthpieces, there will be a big difference when you play. I suggest that if you use reed of strength 3 with your AL3, you should use 2,5 or even 2 with the s+. Thank you 😊!

У 45-го большее раскрытие кончика, но для балансировки можно использовать более мягкие трости.

I play classical with Vandoren AL3. When I use my V16 s5+, my pitch becomes mostly sharp. Is it due to my classical embouchure?

請問老師在實吹之後，覺得它的出氣比Lakey 7*3小一點還是小很多呢？以及阻力的比較A35如何？
我有一顆7*3，個人是覺得太通透了。原本一直吹Meyer 6M 正在考慮A35和A45，謝謝老師。
如果以吹奏的感覺而言，兩個吹嘴是很不同的。因為A35 High baffle的設計，再加上Tip opening也比C.Lakey小一點，因此阻力也小一點。然後我不太明白您所謂出氣的意思。
其實有一個重點，就是竹片的搭配，我覺得這也是重要的關鍵。所以通常我們會把竹片和吹嘴一起考量。

It depends what genre of music you want to play. The Jumbo Java is designed for jazz, pop or funk. And A35 sounds more classical and warm.
