The dry dock was something interesting I haven't seen before in Minecraft builds, and the themed zoo in a fantasy city was a fun idea. The big oval could be a hippodrome racetrack (though not necessarily for horses).
10:20 I dont think thats a little boat but like one of those bent beams that they use on the bottom of a ship. You need a few of em to make the skeleton of the ship.
i think the oval could be a church of some sort, or a barracks : the entry would be at the level (or 1/2 block under, with some sort of stair to access it )of the harbour that you'll make next time, and with secondary entrypoint on a different level, at leat 5 block higher, inside the walled area around it. I don't know if i'm clear with what I'm saying, but I hope you'll understand me 😅

The double walled area should be a palace, cause then the king and queen have a palace on both of the islands.
