    Hello everybody! 😊
A big thank you for watching this video. Lately, I’ve been seeing so many beautiful young girls (still teenagers) with very damaged hair (the kind of damage that you get from over use of heat). It makes me sad because a lot of girls don’t realize that they have to use styling tools with moderation so I decided to write a blog post on how to avoid damage from heat because I didn’t want to make this video too long (it’s long anyway). Please make sure that you don’t follow “exactly” the hairstyling tutorials on RUclips. I also love watching tutorials but keep in mind that your hair might be more fragile than the hair shown in the tutorial and might require less heat. Don’t forget also that often youtubers use extensions and it takes more heat to style extensions. Try to ‘listen’ to your hair. If it’s getting dry and brittle and you get split ends, you’re obviously not doing it right. 😉

Oils and stopping using heat has changed my hair significantly. I love pumpkin seed oil and Babassu oil. They are nourishing lighter oils.

Thanks for this video b/c I'm trying to grow my hair and having a bit of a hard time. My hair is just past the shoulder blades and it is at this length that I'm usually tempted to cut it. It starts to feel heavy and annoy me. Also, I don't usually have split end but lately I noticed it. I've been using K18. I do like the shampoo but the conditioner is a bit disappointing considering the price. I do like hair oils. Thanks again for the video.

Wow thank you! These are very helpful tips. I've never tried almond oil before, but I think I will after seeing how beautiful your hair always is!

Hi Alex! :) Thanks for watching. You should definitely give it a try. Almond oil is underrated in the beauty community but I do believe it's one of best oils for hair. It really helps to prevent hair loss and stimulates hair growth.

Flaxseed oil is my favorite. It’s seems to sink into my hair better, but I do like almond too. Never cared for coconut. Thank you for the tips!

Angela van Rose not at all, what is true is true😉By the way, I was thinking of requesting the video about your hair routine, it looks really beautiful and nicely taken care of. I wish I had those tips when I was younger, like, 20 years ago! Because now I cut my hair short and all I do is I use a special shampoo for blond hair, then a conditioner and then in the end I since my hair with vinegar dissolved in filtered water. Vinegar is the best anti-age hair product for me. And I never use a hair dryer. Thanks for your video!💗

Vinegar is great for the hair. I also use vinegar once every couple of weeks (sometimes more often especially when I use more hair spray or other styling products) because it keeps my hair shiny and gets rid of any product build up. 😊 I didn’t know it had anti-aging properties as well. Thanks for sharing that ❤️

Angela van Rose actually, I think vinegar is a good anti-age product because I saw the results on my grand-mother's hair. She used to use vinegar on her hair and inspite of her age, her hair still conserved it's texture and she had very few gray hair. So I followed her example and her advice and started using vinegar for my hair too. Now vinegar is my all, I don't mind the smell because it goes away quickly😉😶 plus, vinegar's properties are fabulous just as well as many different possibilities of using it for house-keeping other purposes. Have a great weekend and I look forward for more vids from you! Hugs! 💕💕💕
