You can't just suddenly have more stage presence. Sometimes you're either born with it or you're not. If she were to develop her stage presence, which is what you're probably asking for and a lot of us are, then she'd have to really be engaged in some type of choreo during her part(s) or just have a mic stand and let all the emotions out when she sings.

She's already doing it perfectly, BECAUSE SHE'S AND R&B ARTIST, NOT AN IDOL. That's why she looks a little bit uncomfortable doing these types of performance. Stop talking malicious comment about her and enjoy what she does, she's an amazing singer.
