I love this channel. The fact that you show that Christian men also enjoy so much about pop culture, and can enjoy it in a cosplay manner is awesome and inspiring. Thank you for all you do. Fist bumps from Canada
Very impressive vader i absolutely love it! It does help the vader community who are new to vader to suit up so we really appreciate it! Just received my last parts for vader, now all ready to suit up for comic con in a month!
Everyone I speak to that made that change say how much better they are. I use a little spray bottle of alcohol to spray it after every troop. It’s how’s up really well.
just fyi thats not an "inner cape" its a sith robe. also instead of gluing your shoulder ends you could of had them connected with elastic cord so you can raise your arms and the whole piece doesnt wiggle around and the end caps go right back into place cuz of the elastic.
Great video as always. I have a basic set up which is becoming fairly accurate, and getting it on is not for the faint hearted, I can't do it myself. But after watching you and how calmly you approached the process. I'm going to practice. I've been working on an ANH build for while, decided to go down the 3d print road for most of the kit, I'm good with Blender and 3d modeling. Most of it is screen accurate give or take a couple mm here and there. The prices of some of this stuff, especially from fenix is outrageous, which drove me to create most of the parts myself for a fraction of the cost.
@@Cosplayvicar they have a sale on now if anyone is interested. Also they are getting rid of some old stock so heavily reduced. Still out of my budget though.
I've just bought a sowing machine and I'm practicing quilting leather with wadding (pleather for now) for my suit and gloves, will follow the three netted piece suit design. Maybe a lot of effort but if I can save hundreds on the suit it will allow me to spend well on the cape/s boots and so on. I can't see me being able to make my own boots.
Thinking of putting a suit together, going to go a different route, rely less on the perfectness of the individual parts, and rely more on my natural stature. Ngl setting up a sound system both sounds frightnening and annoying. Might use a breathing soundtrack.
Both are Master Replicas. Both were AHB and I converted to ESB but printed the missing parts etc. One is busted up so turned into the belt swinger. The other comes with a removable blade. When I last looked I found a bust-up sabre for about £90 on ebay.
Me gusta mucho tus vídeos y sobre todo Darth Vader...fabuloso ....estoy completando el traje de Darth Vader, sabes dónde podría conseguir o hacer el Chest box de Darth Vader?un saludo
I'm starting a Vader Build next year. I found the file for the 3d printed shins you made and luckily have a friend who 3d prints all his own cosumes so can go to him,so my question is - Is the file for a standard size re the shins or are they tweakable? I'm 6ft 2 and guessing you're around the same height? I'm also in the UK like yourself and locating a good number of the parts here will obviously be a bonus,as well as price re the shins!
@@kingrubbatiti1285 hey. Hope the build goes well. A couple of things. I did a test shin and then tried on with my boots. I found it was about 2inch short so resized. Not in terms of over all but the length. Bearing in mind the right and left shins are not the same AND not the same size. From memory the right shin is about an inch taller than the left. it's worth putting on boots and measuring from the point the shin would start to mid your knee cap. that would give you an idea it needs to be when finished. hope that helps (that's the right shin).
@@Cosplayvicar That's a great help, thanks! I'm giving myself two years to do the build as so far I have a TK on the way from RWA and want to have fun with that in the next year or so at events. So far I've just bought some leather riding boots which hit the spot and will gradually over the next year or two aquire each piece so no rush my end, but excited to do it and it wasn't even a priority costume for me as we already have two Vaders in our group! I'm not adverse to going to Bookface for Shins,as those are amazing (I will use Him eventually for the armour and helmet) but your's do look great and if it is something I can save money on a little,as I know I will have to go abroad and suffer import charges for things like the leathers, cape and robe etc.
@@kingrubbatiti1285 if helpful I have a set of shins you can have for £40 and postage. I think they are fiberglass and made by a UKG member. I didn’t use them as they arrived later than I needed them.
I need a sound set up like at at some point for my Kenobi Vader :P Its just an xcoser costume suit I use with my black series helmet so nothing fancy suit wise. What do you use for under the main leather suit though, under armor style cooling clothing?
Suit looks amazing brother! Im almost finished with my suit as well , still waiting on the helmet and shoulder armor to come in , I ordered the same set you got after i saw your video. I should have my set by early February so ill be doing a suit up as well 💪🙏🫡

Ahhhhhh thanks. It's just me being me! I know what you mean about Christian men though.
Praise palpatine.
It's funny... watching this I just realized without the helmet but everything else on Vader is basically a goth space knight!
That I so true. It also makes your own head look tiny with all the armour on.
Goth Space Knight on a life support, to be exact.
It looks kinda goofy before you put on the helmet but once you do it is amazing
nice setup. I would love to know where to start. I have been wanting to get into cosplayi and Vader is definitely my choice.
At 13:00, you reminded me of the Grail Knight from Last Crusade 🙂
Tell me about it. Or the Black Knight from Monty Python.
How was the video

Id shave my head and beard like Yule Brenner to be spot on accurate. 👍🇬🇧
Nice Video👍
Perfect show and tell...
That Breathing loop sound familiar😉

This looks awesome! I've always wondered how the costume is built up.
Just got my two piece leather Vader suit the other day. After using the rubies suit for so long the real leather suits are lightyears better!

I did forget to mention that I bought from fenix props during a sale. I don’t remember what it was but it was a hefty reduction.

Where did you get your voice changer?
It’s actually a small zoom guitar pedal.
Great info Brotha for this up and coming ESB Vader. Question where did your Light Sabers come from?

great video as always! What did you use for the padding on the back of your shin armor?
I just used some sponge
Help with lense fog 🙏🏼 please. I tried Halloween with my Vader mask and the lenses fogged up. I even used anti fog spray.
Do you have fans in the helmet?
Where did you get the Darth Vader helmet sir
_Russian military boots_ with Darth's iconic armor?
*Nice.*

Please can you fix your stl link. I have like and subscribed. I look forward to more videos.
Ooh. I’ll have a look into that. I wonder if I moved them in drop box and it’s caused problems.

Where do you buy the leather suit
Cape is too short imo
How do you attach the snaps on the under side of the armor?
may i ask how tall you are?
I’m 6.1 😊
This is very cool - but what happens if you suddenly need a shit?
You can’t. It’s good job I’m not lactose intolerant or have IBS.
how mush all suit? $$?
How tall are you in and out of costume?
I’m 6foot 1 out of the costume. Next time I’m in it I need to get someone to measure me.
@@Cosplayvicar oh so you don’t use lifts?
@@jjsnacks8511 I do. I have 1inch lifts in my boots too.
Great video, voice changer is a bit too deep for my taste, but as long as you’re happy with it, that’s great.
What do u use for the voice?
One of my previous videos walks through the setup. It’s a zoom guitar pedal through a speaker.

it was a pandemic build??? what does that have to do with the price of tea in china
