- Flew back to Seattle from Phenom Penh Cambodia on #Emirates first-class suites on both the Boeing 777 and the Airbus 380. The airbus had a SHOWER on the flight, and that was truly one of the best and most refreshingly needed showers I ever took.

I’m sure airport security is excellent since 9/11 occurred, but - I kid you not - I still have a fear of ever wanting to go on a plane even for a first time, EVER. Seeing all that unfold on tv scared me to never want to fly for even a first time.

The Bvlgari (pronounced bool-guh-ree) toiletries they gave you are worth (depending on where you get them)$20-$70. But it is a luxury brand.

That burger. I wasn't even hungry -- just ate dinner -- and I felt tears coming to my eyes. Perfectly cooked.
I'd schedule like, a day- long layover, just to enjoy that food. Followed by the longest flight possible. NO ONE does it like this airline. Not that I'll ever know in person. Thanks for sharing!!

My husband and I have been to Hawaii a few times, for our 25th Anniversary in 2018, we splurged and flew first class. Our seats were facing the opposite because they can be turned into beds, so we were basically flying backwards to Hawaii! The food was excellent, then we all got hot fudge sundaes after our meal. We also got blankets and a small pillow, ear buds to listen to music or watch t.v. shows or a movie, there was a lot to choose from. Everything was paid up front so we didn't have to keep using cash or cards to pay for anything we wanted. I hate to fly and I have to sit next to my husband, but this flight was very comfortable and all the lights were turned down so after our section in first class, we can relax or just sleep. After that nice experience, my husband said, that's it, we're always going to fly first class if we go on a long trip... we haven't gone anywhere to be on a plane since! Lol...just a few road trips to a couple of different states and we wanted to stop at different places on the way, of course you see more on long road trips and I pack a bunch of snacks and water... But whenever we can visit his niece in England, who knows what class we'll take, probably the no class section! Lol 😁😉..
Thanks for sharing, it all looked so fun and just pretty and relaxing. I hope the shower, there were no turbulence! We've been on a few cruise ships and taking a shower on a cruise ship can be a bit challenging if the sea is a bit rough! But I'm so glad I don't get motion sickness! Lol... Glad you got to experience something so luxurious! 😁

Trust me it's worth it, if you're not like me and slept in the last two flights throughout the duration from Dubai to ny it's great, i always do it with points
Man I gotta say I've never experienced a shower mid flight and I doubt I'll ever will. But at the start of this year I upgraded for very cheap from economy to business class from Tokyo back to Amsterdam and it was already so much better. Not feeling completely horrible after a 12 hour flight haha

@@Alex-nh3ws But I think their point was that that's not how you spell sauce (Misspelled as "Sause"), with an 'S', instead of the correct way, with a 'C'. But seriously, in my language, it's spelled with an 'S', but there's no 'E' at the end. (Like this, 'Saus'. I'm scandinavian, by the way.) And the other two ways they spell this word in Scandinavia, is different from my specific country. One country spells it like 'Sås', and the other one like 'Sovs', I believe. And why did I post that part? For all those morons who says or thinks our languages here are all the same. But I don't understand why one scandinavian says they can't understand another scandinavian, unless the person they're referring to is finnish or icelandic, cos those two are a bit different from the other three. But especially finnish, as that one is the most different, in my opinion. With icelandic being the second.
