Hey chef, been following you since the past 6 months now and I follow the same recipe as well for white sauce. Although slight modification with the vegetables, I like using button mushroom instead of cherry tomatoes. Also a few other add ons include left over oregano and chilie flakes you get in pouches when pizza is delivered home and you have excess of them left hahaha.

When I read farlivky buttery I rush to see comments as for unknown reasons it seems to trouble a lot of viewer's 😂 Abit of butter is 50grams for me. If you add onions and garlic in it you can not miss believe another French per2😂 Mornay sauce is a classic but great sauce

This with a nice chilled French Sauvignon Blanc to cleanse your palette! It also goes well with the goat cheese and herbaceous green veg. 🥂 Also Chablis if you want something crisp with more mineral and butteriness.

YUM. I’ve *always* been taught to add cold milk to the roux. And a quick googling shows me that it’s a 50/50 split of opinion..??

ok I figured out why I could not comment -Chrome- now on safari. Is there any way you can teach me to make fresh pasta with almond flour? I’m told NO white flour. Bad for the gut and brain. I used to make homemade pasta and it was good. You know the chemestry behind cooking. I do not. Love you Chef. You are so AMAZING.
