HUGE THANKS TO ARTIMUS ALBOSA FOR BEING A SPONSER FOR MY CHANNEL! Without you I probably wouldn't be able to post anything this frequently so thank you so much!
So, I ran my own damage calculations on this build, and using action surge to cast a 9th and 8th level magic missile with hexblades curse as a goblin means you'll fire off 21 magic missiles and deal 11 damage per missile with fury of the small and 10th level evocation ability it added up to 261 damage or 522 damage with your simulacrum and 1044 damage with vulnerability.
This is a great build but I've heard that the Goblin's fury of the small ability is applied only once to one target instead of multiple times. But I would take Goblin as the race for my Wizard as after each round I would take the bonus action to hide and have an extra layer of defense. Because anyone who wants to target or attack me would now have to find me first, lol.
@@MoonIllusionOfficial Well with the new custom lineage from tasha's basically every race could be like variant human, except they could get darkvision and be small.
@@jumpstick9446 Yes! If you are allowed to pick that at your table feel free to. But it is an optional rule the dm has to allow technically so thats why I went with pure goblin on my build.
@@MoonIllusionOfficial I think the races without the lineage rule are way more flavorful. Normally you would only pick the custom lineage for the feat.
Additionally, you can have a flying monkey familiar wielding wand of magic missiles for additional magic missiles which are unbuffed but ayy it's 2x dmg from vulnerability 😎😎
Sorry to be that guy. "Reflective Carapace. Any time the tarrasque is targeted by a magic missile spell, a line spell, or a spell that requires a ranged attack roll, roll a d6. On a 1 to 5, the tarrasque is unaffected. On a 6, the tarrasque is unaffected, and the effect is reflected back at the caster as though it originated from the tarrasque, turning the caster into the target."
Just take 2 levels of fighter, so no subclass is needed to be chosen. And I recommend starting as fighter for 2 levels, then going wizard for 5 levels, then taking 1 level of Warlock, then going back to wizard for the rest of the leveling.
Because Overchannel maximizes the damage of a 5th level spell slot. So instead of dealing 10d4 you would be dealing 7x4 which is a lot better and more consistent.
@@MoonIllusionOfficial Oh I just realised you're not even using the janking RAW thing that means you can add empowered evocation to every magic missile not just the first one. It's pretty borderline but there's a few places explaining it, it basically goes off the fact that the missiles strike simultaneously, so it's treated more like an aoe spell and so you only roll a single die for all of them. Makes the total damage go way up
@@oliverneville5012 I only did that because it said you add it to one damage spell die once. Especially since we aren't even rolling die I didn't want to add it to every one. But if you could that makes this build even more insane so I guess that's up to your dm

You can’t get spell mastery at 17th level so you still have to use spell slots
Still good build.
@@magma90 I commented correcting this 2 weeks ago
@@MoonIllusionOfficial oh I did not see that comment
*constantly casts shield spell as a reaction in future campaigns*
Haha, I mean I kinda already do that ask Josh lol
This channel is criminally underrated
Thanks I'm glad you think so!
Counterspell on the shield baby
Oh nice, I've been resenting my GM
I am not liable for any hurt dm feelings

Also go for Ashardalon's stride because there's no saving throw for that and shield won't protect them 😂
For the race we going to pick variant goblin
Yes, I was making fun of the fact that so many builds use variant human lol

OOPS! This build does not have spell mastery. I got it mixed up with another build I have in the works my bad.
My dm joked about our million ac wizard decided to unironically use magic missile, so I will use this when he brutally murders one of my PCs
Haha, yes the ultimate dm killer build
you have to create THE ULTIMATE MINION MASTER
Haha I will think about it. Thanks for watching!
Imagine subscribing after hearing an obnoxiously loud NO. Wouldn't be little ol me
I'm almost speechless, but that wouldn't help with the youtube algorithm!
Haha thanks I really appreciate it!
Oh yeah, if I play this, I plan on naming mine "Machinegun Kelly" lol
Haha nice!

Yo, I remember when you were at 300 subs, keep up the good work
Hey thanks! I will definitely do so haha!
Yes, I too would like to delete the Tarrasque
Yeah, and there really isn't anything your dm could do either haha

Me using a bag of holding to hold hundreds of wands of magic missile just to get rid of any shield spells.
Very cool idea!
Thank you very much!
These videos are always awesome
Thanks :)
What fighter subclass seems best?
What level do you think warlock should be chosen if someone was going 1-20?

It was fun making too!
Tiamat, on average, has 615 hit points by the way soooooooooo

How's it going?
@@MoonIllusionOfficial better now
