    This week, i'm doing 2 sets of 25 push-ups with 2 sets of 25 crunches. 3 sets of 5 full extension pull-ups. Next week I add another set of 25 and sets of 7 pull ups. After that will be 2 sets of 50. I keep adding till I get to 3 sets of 100 for 6 days. I'll be 53 this year.
