Thank you for your observation, but kindly note that this production gave us 117 bars of 150g you can then do your calculation, based on where and how you procured your ingredients. anyhow you make enough profit given the quantity. and we have not added and cut-off from the cutting which can be remelted.

Hello so sorry to hear that but first bleached palm oil and tallow are both hard oils okay so I would advice you use the combination of oils I have here because tallow is hard oil while pko is a soft oil

400ml of silicate and dissolve 2% of your sls in little quantity of water or better still dissolve sls in water and keep prior to production okay

What's about if you don't have thermometer?please what will you do?
If you don't have thermometer allow your caustic to clear after you poured it into water

What you can do is to wrap your soap in a nylon after the soap must have finish curing for one week
