Default -> Saber Alter Exorcist -> Saber Artoria (Original) Solitary Dream -> Saber Lily (complete with the petals and everything) this new coating -> Saber Nero (that chest reveal mimics Nero's bottom dress see-through design) At this point Bianca just needs Saber Bride (wedding inspired outfit) and Saber Okita (japanese/yukata inspired outfit) to complete her whole set.
I think humans are capable of low-superhuman stuff given some of the backstory. It’s just that a lot of Constructs overpower them. Think of it of Metal Gear human soldiers getting upstaged by Rising era cyborgs.
