This was a really cool story with an interesting twist! I love park ranger stories but this was not what I was expecting. Even still I was pleasantly surprised. Your the best bud!
@@redcrimson1028 from my understanding it's one of two things: 1- the hole really brings monstrosities and unleashes them from other worlds/dimensions 2- the hole is a portal but what comes out isn't monstrosities and more endemic life of the other places/timelines but the rangers is too blinded by grief and not wanting to know more about it and just kills everything he sees

This was your best narration yet, seems like you put just a bit more emotion into it. Also, not sure if it was just more audible in this video, or if it's actually a new sound, but the score towards the end was the perfect amount of discordant. Hope you can narrate more of this author's material.
That's interesting. I think maybe he's from the hole, but mimicked a human so dedicated to his job and sure of his mission that he forgot he wasn't human, and his people are trying ways to get through to him, like shutter island.
Yea I feel like this was really rushed but it was so interesting. The hole could’ve had a whole mythos about it. Something cool and mysterious like the staircases
I'm remembering a little detail at the start. he says he tried to go in the hole one time, but the for a splitting headache and had to climb out. What if he didn't come out from the same place? He's been out there for the months and it'll be another three until what, he's relieved? What if that relief never comes because he isn't where he's supposed to be?
Ok hear me out here. Assuming they're telling the truth. He entered the hole, what if the hole he left is different to the one he entered and he's the only human in this world

The first one I liked was “feeding grandma” “the mountain was closed for the season” “the death of the cosmonauts” and Your “nosleep” radio station that plays all the time. This just adds to the collection! I love your work and your voice sooo much! I’m writing a story called “Shh… They’re always listening.” It’s about a 13 year old girl who lives in a town called dreadFort that is surrounded by woods and creatures it’s siren for danger hasn’t gone on for 23+ years until an old women claims she saw something. And later that day The siren goes off signaling creatures have gone into the village, and her and her brother are given rules to survive which I’ll add later. Thanks for the inspiration and again I love you!! Keep it up!!
Even though this channel has existed for years, I just recently started visiting. And now I wish I had started sooner. These stories are great and the narration is outstanding. I admit I had been listening almost exclusively to MrCreepypasta’s channel, but now I realize I have been missing out. MCP’s channel has really drifted away from the creepypasta method and is basically just short horror fiction stories and multi-episode series now. I love that this channel sticks to what creepypasta is supposed to be.
Love ranger stories, especially ones like this. Nothing is explained, there are just more and more questions that captivate the imagination . But do we really want to know the answers?...

this shows when they talk about strong mentality, what they mean! 95% of the people will either get tricked, shot themselves under the mental pressure, or get insane after a while, the type of insanity that shellshock seems like holiday compared to it. he is a very strong man, either as a fictional one, I respect him!
(SPOILER) I listened to this a while ago but it just occurred to me that the guy probably knew all along that the future versions of him and his friend weren't real because his friend wouldn't have a future version of himself, which we learn at the end when he says his friend died years ago.
