If you already have Isabella and Incisus, you are set for LREs. Of the current 3 LREs, Meph, Kharn, and Patermine, Isabella and Nico overlap on every track except one, where Isabella has coverage and Nico does not. Looking at the historical LREs, Isabella covers 2 tracks where Nico does not and Nico only covers 1 track where Isabella does not (No Bolter). But Incisus covers that track, and is clinch in piercing and other one hit tracks where Nico is not. If you have levelled Isabella and Incisus, Nico brings nothing to the table for LREs.
Nox! I think you should have moved BEFORE using his active. This would have kept Mata and Lucien at 50% and increased their damage. Especially for Mata as his active gets double damage.

The first viable healer character that I can finally unlock without praying to GOD for Isabella everytime I pull for Requisition.

Very true however I wanted to show the passive health as people may miss that part. However in actual use you are correct
Waay better than incisis but not going to dethrone Isabella see him being a must for new players
