The Y- raises are great. You don't have to use a lot of weight as long as you properly lift with the delts. I have been doing these for about a year now thanks to Kuba for introducing them.
Do you take any supplements before bed? Help with sleep or for recovery? We always get to see the pre workout and meal prep side of things but no one really talks about sleep and night supplements.
