Pulling the Power

The plaintiffs sublet a house from the defendant. The defendant reportedly turned the power off for no reason, so the plaintiffs are suing the defendant for the electric bill. The defendant says she gave her 30-day notice to move out because the subletters weren’t paying rent and causing issues. After moving out, the defendant admits the power was turned off, but that’s because she wasn’t there.
