@jonathanlacroix5060 she's 61. She likely already been through menopause. She is just getting meaner and less patient. She may not want to do the show anymore. Seems she doesnt want to fly to NYC to film anymore. Stay at home mandates have been over so regular episodes should have been back by now.
She asked him to put in cabinets and then pulled them out and had him put in different cabinets, then pulled those out and had him put up another set that he said would not fit. That all adds time and he never got a chance to finish and put things right. Any contracting job looks like crud in the middle of it.
A few years ago, I mentioned to my plumber that I would be going on vacation. For several years I'd been talking with him about getting my pipes replaced with copper, and he said it would be great if he could do it while I was gone, since he would be able to shut all the water off and just leave it off until the end of the project. I told him I didn't have the money to pay for it. He said it would be okay if I didn't pay him all at once, that I could pay him $400 per month until it was paid off. I agreed. So, while I was gone he replaced all my plumbing with copper, and after I got back I paid him $400 per month until it was paid off. Making these kinds of deals isn't always a disaster.
The plaintiff can’t wait to tell the judge a bunch of stuff that judge Millian finds irrelevant anyways. At the end of the day, it doesn’t matter if you didn’t get to say all that you wanted to say because at least 90% of what you were gonna say was irrelevant to the findings and verdict of the case.
How did the plaintiff possibly think he should get more money (on top of $3K he got) for the mess he made??? No countersuit, but the defendant probably should have gotten some money back.
