Looking forward to the articulation test and a bit more on the spring connections. I thought you had gone missing so I was going to send somebody out to look for the 'black box'....... but I can see now that you have fitted it so I do not have to worry about that. Great work man.

Good to see you again! Health is so important and you are totally correct, without it we have nothing.
Question for you: when you were showing the location of the fuel tank switch valve, all I kept thinking was that cleaning out that filter/separator might be difficult if it caused you problems out on the road. Is there enough space to get your hands in there easily enough if you had to get at it? I always think: what would it be like trying to service that on the side of the road in the middle of a snow storm? It's hard to tell from the video how much space is around it.
Anyway, it's good to see you are doing well 😁

Remember I live in BC south we do not have snow storms and if I will be in one ever, I refuse to go outside lol. But the water release drain is penetrating the box bottom, so if I twist the valve it flushes out that way. The filter top has 70 mm space to the change the filter cartridge, the 4 bolts at the filter case top are hex hat bolts can be opened with a ratchet wrench and the cartridge has a height of 55 mm . You made me measuring all this and I can now confirm it works :-) lucky me !!!

Great to see you back at it! I'd love to stop by your place when you do your articulation tests as I need to design my sub-frame next! Curious how it will work out but looks great so far!

Great to see more updates 👍 the box came out good.
Did you ever look at doing 3-4 point zero torsion subframe instead of the springs?

Yes I did nd I did not like the tall build up on this frame system, also I can't fab it my self ( pins and so on )

The truck looks great. Could I ask what you have used to secure the batteries in the battery box? Looks like a mesh with some kind of fixing blocks.. Wishing you good health. Take care of yourself Mario and thanks for the update.

Thank you and yes the batteries have been secured through blocks out of PP ( Polypropylene ) bolted through the metal box structure. The round hole perforated steel sheet is supported by the box structure. ruclips.net/video/nV8EurRoP-k/видео.html

Hi, thank you for the video. Would you be so kind to share what spring rate did you choose and how much did you pre-load them?

Oscar: You have started building, while am gathering materials as my build is next year, due to the way things are. Health is everything! I was diagnosed with cancer At the end of March, so I certainly understand where you are coming from. Re Wiring: I am running all my wires & water lines inside my roof with Maichis RV heating pads for cold weather protection. I don't want anything hanging under the truck. Your subframe to truck spring mount bracket links, either I did something wrong or they don't ship to Canada. Suggestions please, thanks.

hi my name is zack, just recently i’ve watched your subframe episode and straight away i’ve noticed that she is bolted rigid to a chassis . what every one is talking about torsion free connection between those two using pretty complex system of a pivots if you like, how do you explain this design that you choose? wouldn’t be a dramatic consequences for going this way?cheers zack western australia

Hi Zack you have a legit question but I would recommend that you watch my video where I made this frame. In this video I explain the functionality of this frame system. It is not fully mounted to the vehicle only the back end the rest can absorb torsion and get dampened by the compression springs. Watch this ruclips.net/video/AofUFJdpx7k/видео.html
