The people talking while you did the very important surprise element of the initial build up was lost on them I would suggest you get your hands on an electric nylon string guitar and Pluck the fuck out of the drop D. D string, and DEMAND!! those chatty people shut up and pay attention whether they want to or not!

I just applauded a video on RUclips. You've sanctified Hi Ren as a great song, not just a captured 10 minutes of artistic brilliance. It's an actual song, now, it's out there. People will play a guy called Ren who is at war with himself when they sing a song called Hi Ren. I might do a melodeon version for folk sessions, the F-bombs replaced with a Northern English "bloody". Anyway, a perfect cover. Not an impersonation, a delivery of the song, with just enough changes to show your own style. All the emotion, but enough distance to avoid it being cheesey (not trying to make it autobiographical, like the original is for Ren, not pretending to have gone through that). Outstanding.
