Yo... Jeff Gordon may be short, but damn it, he can put up a hell of a fight.
I've said this few times about the Gordon - Keselowski incident. Gordon came down and tried to throw a block. Keselowski seen a opening and was trying to go for the win. Gordon wasn't having it. If we were to hear the spotter conversation I'd bet you'd hear Gordon being told Keselowski was making a move. Just because Gordon is a 4 time champ doesn't give him a right to think the track is his. Any other driver would have made the move Keselowski did if the table was turned including Jeff. Lost a lot of respect over that deal as well as him gunning for Clint Bowyer. Jeff has a lot to say when the tides are turned. Never seen Gordon ever go after someone bigger then him. As for Harvick back 2003 at Richmond had he got through to Ricky Rudd he'd have never tried to throw down with another driver again.

Jeff came up off Jimmy for a nanosecond and Brad got a run and went for it. Jeff started to come back down at the same time and they got together. It was a very aggressive move by Brad, but there were two laps to go and he was going for the win. Jeff has moved people for the win before, ask Rusty. Lol. The fight afterwards was great though. Have at it boys!
Atlanta 2014 was all on Brad and he was a hot head that day, but Texas 2014 was 100% a racing deal and Gordon was completely out of line. If you don't want to get passed, don't leave a hole open on a restart, especially in the Chase where every spot matters. It's not the first time Gordon's done something like that either (Phoenix 2012 was even worse) but people give him a pass. Lost even more respect for him.
I'm sure he's having a hard time sleeping at night over losing your respect...

I've always had huge respect for Jeff Gordon but when he stood up to Brad and wanted to whoop his ass that night in Texas he earned alot more of my respect lol. I cant stand the Penske douche duo. Hands down they are 2 of the best drivers out there but I cant stand them lol. I think there's a part of the application to be a Nascar official that says "if a fight broke out, could/would you stop it" yes or no.
Anyone who selects yes is immediately rejected.

I don't know how many will see this, but both on TV and here on RUclips you can watch replays of full races from the days of "real" NASCAR! Pretty much any race from the 80's 90's and 2000's prior to the total bastardizing of the sport when the France boys implemented cookie cutter cars and "stage racing", the final death knell, at least for me, for this form of racing.
We are watching them on a 4K TV with a very good internet connection. The quality of the picture is outstanding, far better than I thought it would be.
I am enjoying watching racecars, real racecars. Back when a team could build a car to win, not to be 100% identical to the car next to it. Dodge, Pontiac, etc. were still running cars. Daytona and Talladega with bump drafting, short track racing when guys could bump and bang. Jeff Gordon telling his crew to tell the car in front of him..."if he won't move, I'll move him.." and countless other great lines from the drivers...."Here kitty, kitty, kitty..."
Those were the days, and you can still see real racing!!
