Jimmy Johnson has got to be the most level-headed driver when confronted.
Man, I've only seen Jimmy Johnson (48) get really upset probably about 4 times. I have rarely ever seen him throw a punch. For as much crap he has been getting his career, he seems to understand how to deal with it.
I tell the people that pull my arms or wrap me up during a “scuffle” that if I get hit while they have me wrapped that I’m going to whip their ass.
They tend to let go fairly quickly.

I love how in the stand its almost universal cheering. The media depicted it as fans with blood lust, but really its just almost everyone hating Logano and the way he acted and feeling that what he had coming came.

you know what nascar needs to boost viewership? more fights, less penalties. it is a competition, afterall. its nothing like it was 20-30 years ago. its pg rated. no cursing, no middle fingers, no fighting without some kind of penalty. call it wwe/nascar lol. that will entertain viewers, but a little more real than that wwe bullshit. ufc picked up on that real quick. more shit talking, more viewers.

I don't watch a lot of Nascar, but I enjoyed racing when I was younger. When did it become okay to simply just run someone off the track? Doesn't seem like a very sportsmanlike attitude.

And this is why I will never watch a live NASCAR race. I love a good crash in motorsport, as it keeps things interesting, especially when it helps the driver you support. But I can't watch a series, or a sub-series that promotes crashing out other cars in order to win. In every other category I've witnessed, there is severe punishments for deliberately taking another car out of the race, yet here, every driver has deliberately taken someone out either because there is a rivalry between them, or they want to win the race, AND NOTHING IS DONE ABOUT IT! I enjoy these compilations, but I won't watch or support a series that promotes this.
